Health without borders
By the end of the Conferance, participants will be able to understand the role of health transformation within the public health context and its importance in achieving comprehensive coverage for individuals, families, and communities. They will also understand the role of public health in crowd management, population health, addressing infectious diseases, and behaviours that affect health. They will also learn how to enhance the quality of health services and improve the efficiency of health practices in health education.

This conference reflects our vision to build a health-conscious society that transcends boundaries and promotes health as a shared and ongoing responsibility. It serves as a national platform to support the shift toward preventive care and improved quality of life in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

Health Promotion Day | 9 September
Amid health challenges, the need to strengthen public health, prevention, and health education emerges as a fundamental pillar for improving quality of life and reducing the spread of chronic and infectious diseases. Health promotion is a comprehensive approach that empowers individuals and communities to take control of the factors affecting their health and improve their well-being by raising awareness, providing information, and offering the necessary support to adopt healthy lifestyles.
Recognizing the vital role of health promotion in supporting national health policies, and in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, which emphasizes the importance of prevention and public health, “Health Promotion Day” aims to highlight the significance of this field, honor professionals working in it, and activate community and health partnerships to promote a culture of prevention and sustainable well-being.
Objectives:
Highlight the role of health promotion in preventing chronic and infectious diseases.
Showcase the efforts and initiatives of public health and health promotion specialists.
Encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyles through community awareness.
Increase public awareness of the factors affecting overall health.
Support and activate national initiatives in public health and health promotion.
Build effective partnerships between the health, education, and community sectors to advance health promotion.
